Welcome to our luxury modern 2-bedroom suite located in The Exchange District, a National Historic Site of Canada, known for early 20th century collection of warehouses, and early terracotta clad skyscrapers.
Curated for families, short-term travellers or long-term stays that want to be located in central to the city’s hot spots. Close to many local fine restaurants, cafes, breweries, Bell MTS and many more. Beside a beautiful walking path along the river, just 10 min walk to the Forks!
To ensure our guests feel at home, we offer a fully equipped suite to ensure a comfortable living space.

- Property is professionally cleaned and maintained. Expect a clean, perfect stay!
- Located in the Exchange District and close to The Forks and Human Rights Museum
- Several theatres and the Centennial Concert Hall are just around the corner.
- For those staying with us for a while, feel free to inquire for a monthly rate!
Guest access
- Strict Check-In 3PM-10PM ONLY- we cannot accommodate after 10pm check-ins
- You’ll have access to the entire condo during your stay!
- Our check-in process is simple. We will provide you detailed instructions for check-in, check-out and parking.
- We are available via the Airbnb app or by cell phone to help you with any issues during your entire stay!
Heated underground parking garage height (6″8)
Please read before booking: If you take or misplace the keys and fob, there’s a $150 replacement fee to rekey the lock, disable the misplaced fob and program a new one. The safety of our guests are of utmost importance.

Cancellation Policy:
Cancel within 24 hours of booking for a full refund (excludes bookings made less than 7 days before check-in). Cancellations up to 2 days before check-in receive a 50% refund of the nightly rate, including fees and taxes. No refunds are issued within 2 days of check-in.
